Well done Axel, it will take me days to properly heal these wounds. Unless I can find a sufficiently strong life-force, that is. Any fight that requires that long to recover from is a fight worth having, if you ask me. Do take care of that injury as soon as possible, severed limbs can be quite a nuisance to replace.

I apologize for missing our appointment Axel Almer, I stay in on curse days. Especially curse days like that one. I spent the entire day fawning over my lightsaber. Disgusting. Contact me if you still wish to fight.

Now that this place is no longer cursed, it's time to put things in motion.

[OOC: Bane will be skulking about the City today, being generally nefarious and committing random acts of violence (smashing windows, scaring people, and generally being an ass). Thank you Eve, our duel was quite exhilarating, despite its briefness. The respite from the ticking and boredom was very refreshing, I look forward to the next time.

I see Aizen has returned, with no recollection of his time here. I suppose my little private war is no longer necessary, I can focus my attention on other things. Perhaps a little random chaos is in order. I'm sure I can stir something up.

Quite the little weather shift.

I sought out to teach an upstart girl a lesson in respecting the privacy of others, and came out with second-degree burns for my trouble.

I like this one.

There's something positively invigorating about working out in the freezing cold. Being forced to never stop moving, knowing that if one stops for too long one may never be able to move again. It certainly keeps the juices flowing. I believe I will do it again today, if this weather persists. It also helps keep the mind busy, away from distractions.

Oh and by the way, did you enjoy the show?

What a perfect day to be outside, with everyone huddled indoors because of the cold, there is no one to bother me if I feel the need to stretch my legs. As much as I enjoy the darkness of the underground, it is good to spend some time outside now and then. Especially on a cold day such as this. The cold forces one to stay active, to keep the blood flowing, lest one freezes to death. Perfect environment for a bit of weapon practice.

[OOC: So today Darth Bane will be finding a nice, secluded spot somewhere in the City with some space to maneuver and practicing with his brand-spankin' new two-bladed lightsaber, performing a kata or eight and such. Bother him at your own risk. ;) I will likely be posting a log just for the hell of it later, just as something to do. :P]

It's always the same.

Every time I meditate, every time I immerse myself in the Dark Side, the vision returns. It shows me the most exquisite images, citizens of this accursed place writhing and screaming in agony, their very life forces being drained from their bodies. The sun is in full eclipse, buildings collapse, massive bonfires burn throughout the city, the clock ticks, the carousel turns, and the city's false gods are nowhere to be found. The city is transformed into a perfect representation of what I imagine Hell to be. And at the center of it all, a dark shape, with two points of glowing red light for eyes and a vaguely humanoid body, face unrecognizable behind the shroud of darkness around it.

But I know who the figure is. It can only be one man, the only one in this wretched city capable of wielding the Dark Side of the Force.

Another cultural curse. The watchers seem to be losing their edge.

Once again I have faced an Arrancar in battle, and once again I have proven myself the stronger. I believe I have made my point with this latest kill, no Arrancar would be stupid enough to face me after having defeated one of their Espada.

Cirucci, Yuuji is off-limits. If you harm a hair on his head, you will suffer pain the likes of which you have never experienced. And you will experience it for a very long time. I do hope you are foolish enough to ignore this, I would so enjoy torturing the life out of you.

Zaera-Polo, or however you spell your name these days, bravo. I could not have said it better myself, were our positions reversed. Perhaps someday they will be.

I require several pieces of advanced technology and a specially designed crystal for construction of a weapon, is there anyone in the City who can provide such materials?

Well that was disappointing to say the least, I expected far more of a fight from one of Aizen's minions. Perhaps I merely chose poorly.

No matter, I'm sure whoever comes along to avenge his death will make for a far more interesting duel.
